Dear Friends,
Namaskaram.
Amid raging flash floods in Indonesia, a rare and moving moment unfolded—an elephant rescuing a tiger. The scene spread swiftly across social media, not merely for its rarity, but for the quiet wisdom it carried.
Bound by nature yet divided by the food chain, these two creatures set aside instinct in the face of calamity. In the language of survival, they chose compassion over conflict. To enjoy the touching and inspiring moment, please click here.
Perhaps it is time we pause and learn from the wild—that even in the fiercest storms, empathy can rise above fear, and humanity can emerge where we least expect it. Indeed, empathy is the need of the hour for sustainable living, a value we strive to inculcate through our work in the “Green Resilient Rameswaram Project”.
